	From time to time I need new crew members, especially for longer distance passages, including trans - ocean passages. Perhaps this is your opportunity to accumulate miles and Blue Water experience this year. I will also need to know your availability and the longest passages you are willing to consider. Tuition can be arranged for all levels if required and tailored to your needs. If you would like to be considered, please let me have a CV of your sailing experience and qualifications. Please let me know what periods you are available and for how long. Not everybody on board needs to be a highly qualified, highly experienced Yachtmaster but in addition to a basic knowledge of sailing, a detailed knowledge of the Collision Regulations is essential at the start of the trip as these are the basic 'Rules of the Road'. Speed is not the important issue in my sailing but safety of crew and the boat is.
